Quick Access toolbar in Excel Online?

Does Excel Online have the (very helpful) Quick Access toolbar? Repeatedly clicking through ribbons, trying to remember where functions are stored, is a hassle once the Quick Access toolbar is set up with common functions/features.

Now that is a very poor implementation.  Give you access to desktop features that DON'T work on the web.  Thank you very much.

is there any chance of getting this implemented? it's quite a big loss to online users to not have this available.
