Question about increase Excel CPU usage

Hi, my Excel is capped at 20% CPU even though I have Intel i7 chip(4 cores, 8 processors), 32GB ram, set priority to "high", enabled multi-thread, and selected to use all cores. With the same file, my colleague who uses the same model of computer does not have such problem. Hence, it is most likely not an issue with formulas. What else can I do to increase CPU usage? Thank you.

    What is Excel set to use in it Options, Advanced tab, Formulas section? Is "Use All processors on this computer" selected?

      JKPieterse Thanks for the follow up. To answer your questions,

      • Options, Advanced tab, Formulas section? -> Enabled multi-threaded calculation
      •  Is "Use All processors on this computer" selected? -> Yes, it is selected and it is showing 8
