Process the big data

I process data with a size that is quite large, namely the number of lines up to hundreds of thousands. I am currently constrained because the number of rows is only up to 64612 rows. How to set so that the number of rows can be even greater. Thanks.

    yoepls I am guessing that you have an older version of Excel.  Versions from 2007 onwards have 1,048,576 rows, and with the Power Query add-in can handle even more.
