privacy level dialogue box

Hi all,

 

could someone help me with a dialogue pop up box that keeps coming up when other people use my file. we click the check box and save but then when we close and reopen we get the sme messages.

    Hi Quentin280 

     

    You need to ignore the privacy level at the file level. going the query setting. 

     

    You wont see the message again.
