Prevent Graph Bars from spilling on the 0 line when number is negative

Hi,

I'm using line graphs with a solid fill and a solid line to make the end rounded. The problem is when that when a number is negative, the solid line spills on the wrong side of the zero line.

Any way I could prevent that? Maybe delete that single blue line and leave the others ones that would hopefully be positive ? I'm pretty sure the problem is the solid line, but it's the only way to get that rounded look I believe.

I'm using Excel version 2405 on windows. Office 365.

Thanks in advance !

JulienB1155 I tried what you describe and indeed get the rounded corners. For instance, a 10 pt border makes that very clear. And indeed the thick border causes the both the lower and upper edge of the columns for positive and negative values to 'flow over' the x-axis. So, why is it only a problem for negatives?

You could always thicken the x-axis line to 10 pt as well. Then, you will hide the over flowing effect around the x-axis.

Riny_van_Eekelen It's only a problem when a negative is introduced. I assume that when it's all positives, the left side of the axis line doesn't actually exist.

You can see here that it's not a problem with postitive numbers.

Your solution is valid, but I don't think I'm a fan of the look to be honest. I appreciate the help !
