I have a problem with an Excel add-in. Power View does not work. When I open a table and click on the Power View icon, it just doesn't work. I did some research and recommended that Silverlight be installed. I did the installation and even so Power View didn't work. In another post, I read that it could be a problem related to the type of Office product I have installed and that Power View would not work on Office 365 Home. I contacted support and they informed me that this was not the problem.
Contacting support again, I did an online office repair, but it also didn't work. The support itself recommended that I post my problem on this forum.
Can you help me with this problem? !!
