Possible bug when freezing first row on a filtered table
A have created a table with the headers on the first row.
With data in the table I set a filter on one of the columns.
This hided row 2 and 3 of the sheet.
Next I selected Freeze Top Row,
After some time I cleared the filter.
The freeze indicator is showing below the third row of the sheet.
This is not why I expected.

Hi, I have tried to follow your steps and I can actually freeze only the labels row. Let's make sure we are doing the right procedure:
From the original full table, I uncheck the Transportation and Restaurant categories in the filter option. In that way, rows 2 and 3 are hided.
Then, I select for instance A1, to have "row 1" selected. Then I go to the View tab on the ribbon and I go to Freeze Panes and select "Freeze Top Row" option.
I get only row 1 as freezed.
Attaching your file again.

- wma1840Copper ContributorI set up my filter to keep only Education and Groceries.
I have Excel for MS 365 (Version 2404 Build 16.0.17531.20152) 64 bit.
