Pop up Selection Window

Hi Guys

I have a set of shapes i have prepared in sheet3. I now want to create a pop up window that will pop up once i click in a specific cell(s) in Sheet (1) and give me the option to select one of the shapes in Sheet3.

Anybody to help me with a VB Code that could help me in this regard?
