Please help
I have been messing with conditional formatting all day and have no idea how to figure this out.
Please help us as this is will greatly help our unit save so much time, thank you so much!!
PS: I manually colored these boxes to show how I wish the formatting would look like after inserting formular/rules.
Select C1:F100 or as far down as needed. The active cell in the selection should be in row 1.
On the Home tab of the ribbon, click Conditional Formatting > New Rule...
Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'.
Enter the formula=$B1<>""
Click Format...
Activate the Fill tab.
Select light red as fill color.
Click OK, then click OK again.Next, select B1:F100 or as far down as needed. Again, the active cell in the selection should be in row 1.
On the Home tab of the ribbon, click Conditional Formatting > New Rule...
Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'.
Enter the formula=COUNTA($B1:$F1)=5
Click Format...
Activate the Fill tab.
Select light green as fill color.
Click OK, then click OK again.- pthongmak01Copper ContributorMy hero ❤️
