Please Help!! How to Automatically update other fomulas on other cell when changing 1 formula.

Hi,

Can some one please help me with this. I have  many big tables with thousands of columns which are placed vertically.

Example(smaller version attached):

At the end of each column, there is an IF function.

 =if(B5>3,"P","F"), same condition for other columns C5, D5, B12, B19, B26, C12, C19, C26, D12, D19, D26

Is there anyway that when I change the formula on the circled cell (e.g. B5>4), other highlighted cell will also change to ">4".

thank you for your helps

    Instead of hard coding the criteria in the formula, why not input the criteria in a cell, say F1, and then your formula will become...

    =IF(B5>$F$1,"P","F")
    In the above formula $F$1 is the cell that contains the criteria and the above formula will work like your existing formula if you input 3 in cell F1.
    Change all other formulas in the same way. Then you only need to change the criteria in the criteria cell F1 and all the formulas will be updated automatically.
