Pivot table not showing in slicer report connections

Hi all,

I have a dashboard that uses data from multiple tabs that contain pivot tables and charts.  I have created slicers for each of the pivot tables and when I adjust details in the slicers, all the graphs reflect the changes bar one.  When I click on report connections the chart/table is not appearing in the list.  What am I doing wrong?  Be kind, this is all very new for me.
