Pivot table filter function

I am wondering if it is possible to select a range of values with the filter function of the pivot table or if they can only be selected one by one.  Example:  I have set up a pivot table of renewals with outstanding balances but some of the balances are positive and some negative.  I want to use the filter to just show the positive (balances owing) or balances greater than 0.  There could be 20 to 50 items.  Is there a way to select them all at once or is one at a time the only way.  Thank you for your help.
