Pattern Style is changing cell color fill when printed

Question

Excel 2016 - Windows 1909&nbsp;I have two identical rainbow colored columns. I apply a pattern style to the second column.&nbsp; The print preview, exporting to a PDF, and printing the PDF look identical to what I am expecting.&nbsp;&nbsp;However, when I print the colors in the cells with a pattern invert. How do I prevent this inverting behavior?&nbsp;Thanks,&nbsp;&nbsp;

I printed the file on color printer, paper image is identical to one on the screen.

Hmm - Could it be related to to my printer settings? We are using a KONICA MINOLTA C658SeriesPCL . I will play around with settings.

In my case that was HP LaserJet 500 color M551. Have no idea about any specific settings.
