Good afternoon, I am working with an end user who gets the following error "Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE Action" The user is running Excel version 2301 Build 16.0.16026.20196 64 BIT. We receive this issue on files both opened on the network locally, and on files which have links and others that have no links. We have tried the following suggestions which were on other threads:
- Removed all add-ins
- Checked the box to ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange
- Tested various different files, seems to occur on any type of excel file, both single and multiple sheet
- Verified user is on 64 bit version of Excel
So far nothing seems to work, currently we are performing an online repair, but if this does not work I am not sure where to go. Thank you for all your help!
