No response when Excel closes

Every time I close Excel, I get no response, even when I just close a new Excel document.  

I tried to open the Excel file in safe mode, and it was normal to close the documents.  

According to these clues, I looked up the following related solutions on the Internet:

a) Check for Faulty and Unwanted Add-ins

b) Install the latest Windows and Office Updates.

c) Check and Disable Anti-virus

d) Change the ‘Default Printer’

e) Repair Microsoft Office

f) Remove and Reinstall Microsoft Office

But it still doesn't solve the problem.

Many of my colleagues have similar problems.

Hope someone knows of other solutions.
