No access to admin managed Office Add-ins from Excel 2016

I am unable to import the office add-in, which was added by the administrative account of the organization, onto my Excel 2016. Despite the add-in being functional on an Office 365 Excel or even Excel Online.
The "Admin managed" panel or "Office 365" as depicted in Microsoft documentation is missing. I am attaching a screenshot of the office add-ins panel in my Excel version, along with the Microsoft documentation outlining the procedure to follow for Excel 2016.

Are you sure the add-in in question supports Excel 2016? Excel 2016 is a 7 year old product.
