#name error
I keep getting #name error whenever I enter formula using countifs I adjusted the formula and ensured there were no typos and even using the formula tool and still keeps happening. Does anyone have any advice on how I can stop this from happening?

It could be using of curly quotes instead of straight one, could be some typo, whatever. Better if you share screenshot with formula and indicate on which Excel platform/version you are.
