Multiple formatting in a single excel worksheet

Your description, sadly, leaves a number of questions unanswered--i.e., it's not totally clear. You seem to be talking of "pages" here with regard to pages as printed output; And you may in fact be using "Page Break Preview" as your method of viewing the worksheet.
IF what you're talking of is printed output, and the third page is retaining such things as column width from the first two, then I'm afraid you're stuck. Column width per se is an attribute of the spreadsheet, not the printed page on which a given section appears. Row height, similarly, is an attribute of the spreadsheet itself (the whole).
So perhaps you could give a more complete picture of what you're trying to do; there may be a different way to get there. For example, could your different "pages" be created in different tabs all within the same workbook?
