MS Money in Excel

I uploaded MS Money and added my bank accounts.  It transferred all the account information onto the Transaction Spreadsheet; Date, Merchant, Category and Amount.  However, it won't upload the information into the Account, Account Number and Institution categories.  I have looked online and even used the Microsoft Chat service and I can't find anything regarding my issue.
