MS Excel becomes grey and locks up after scrolling

Hi guys, I was wondering if any of you had the same problem as well.
 
Whenever I open an xlsx. file, my excel becomes grey and locks up and if I try to go back to the menu, it becomes grey as well. This issue is very persistent when opening with more than 80-100 rows of data.
 
Solutions I have tried :
  1. Disabling Hardware Acceleration
  2. Updating Office 365 and Office 365 Proplus
  3. Updating my Bios and related graphic drivers
  4. Reinstalling Office 365 (64 bit)
  5. Updated Windows
 
Currently using Version 1902 (Build 11328.20158)
Windows Version 1803
 
Im using the XPS 13 9360 FHD 8GB
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!
