MS Excel 2019
I am unable to use xlookup and filter and other latest functions in excel 2019..does anyone know how to download it and use filter function.

Those functions are only available in Excel in Office 2021 and Microsoft 365 (and Excel Online), not in Office 2019; you cannot download them for that version.
