Missing Numbers between two ranges

Dear Expert.

I need to locate the missing numbers for the range in the subsequent columns. The highest number is in Cell B2 & Lowest in Cell A1 & expecting answers in Cell C2, D2, & so on.

Similar next range highest number is in Cell B3 & Lowest in Cell A3 & expect answers in C3, D3 & so on.

I am able to get the results if the range is static, but in my case for each row there is new range & hence same formula cant be used.

Please advise.
