Microsoft Excel Hyperlink Email WITH Attachment

Good Day. 

I am trying to create a sort of virtual inventory of around 100 application forms with links directly to the different companies PDF of the form/application online. I was wondering IS THERE AT ALL a possible to set up a hyperlink email to with the PDF of which ever form on the cell (the PDF will also be a hyperlink) before the email. I am currently experimenting with several programs. and so far I have already a list of all the forms already created. I know I can create the list of links that go to the app but I would rather have a list of links where I can simply click EMAIL and it gets attached and emailed!??
