Mark a part of text in a row (Excel tab opened in OneDrive)

Hi,

I need mark just a part of text in row when I am using excel tab throw OneDrive. It is not possible when I want to mark for example one word bold or in color. The upper bar is "dead." I attache picture of my problem.
