Managing a Rolling Chart
I prepare a chart with monthly data. I want to continually add data to a worksheet and move the chart with the data looking at 12 months at a time. Previously I could add as many months as I wanted, then select which series on the Horizontal Axis I want the chart to display. Attached are two screen captures, one showing how I cannot select Month / Years to display, the other where it allows me to choose. I'm missing a setting somewhere.

- Does that mean that every month, you manually change the rows which should be part of the chart? This sounds cumbersome to me.
Why don't you build a dynamic table with only the last 12 months next to your big table with all months and then link the new table to the chart? Is it possible to upload the actual spreadsheet? Screen captures only go so far. Just make sure you're not uploading confidential or personal information.
