Macro personal workbook

My personal macros workbook is saving wrong. If I delete them all the first time I record one it makes the personal workbook in the xlstart folder like it should be after that it starts saving the personal workbook in my documents folder as a new file. How do I get it so save to the correct hidden file all the time?
