Macro Help! Inserting picture based on random cell value

So I'm creating a Super Mario themed game / behavior tracker for my kids in Excel. 

I need a macro that when I click on a "? Block" a macro runs that inspects a list of items, picks one at random, and inserts the picture correlated with the item name above the ? Block. 

There's a sheet called Mystery Block, where the kids can click on it once daily to earn a powerup they can use in game (Example: Red Mushroom lets you stay up 30 minutes passed their bedtime)
