Hi,&nbsp;Is there anyone who can help me create a template like the picture added.&nbsp;&nbsp;I would love to be able to fill in the data digitally instead of manually as we are doing now,&nbsp;Would love some feedback or information to where i could turn for help if it can't be found here, am willing to pay for your trouble.&nbsp;&nbsp;
