links and drop down menus

I am trying to use a dropdown menu using a sourced list, some of the cells in the list are links to other information, however when i use the drop down menu in another spreadsheet the item chosen is not linked. is it possible to maintain the link when it is chosen?

Your list contains VBA code, at the same time I don't know what names are entered in the manager. Anyway, here is a simple variant that works. Would have to try to transfer it to your worksheet.
