linking Excel with Outlook
I made a CRM in an Excel Worksheet in hopes to cold call potential new clients. I want to import it into our Outlook Calendar so that it will remind our sales guy(s) when he needs to do return calls ...
When i attempt to "move" the follow-up task, Only the To-do category(today, tomorrow, next week) has the "move" option, which is also grayed out. I'm now attempting the "send to OneNote" option to see if that will work. You can sort by date created there and maybe my boss will accept that. We'll see!!!
