This announcement - LAMBDA function (microsoft.com) - appears to suggest that the Lambda function should work in Excel for the Web, and indeed the associated Advanced Formula Environment is live on Excel for the Web. However at present, while Lambda is now available in the standard 365 desktop Excel, Lambda seems to still return a #NAME? error when used in Excel for the Web. For interoperability it would be great to understanding whether the intention is to make Lambda available in Excel for the Web, and when this might happen.

Many thanks
