Issues with Excel Advanced Filter
Hello,
I've been having issues with getting advanced filter to actually filter.
I made a test book just to test the function but as you can see it will run but won't filter anything stating 6 of 6 records find.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong because I've gotten this to work in the past and it seems to work on and off.

It works in my sheet once i set the criteria range to $A$1:$C$2. If the criteria range is $A$1:$C$3 it would return all rows because there isn't a filter restriction in row 3 from A3:C3.
