Issue with excel

Hey.

I have issue with Excel , first what happen is when I do COPY I've been thrown away to some random line in the file after this what happen is when I do COPY the file turn gray and to fix it I must scroll down or up.

the issue is not with one file , and i have this issue with another laptop in my domain.
this is what i see after i do COPY 

as you can see im standing in B9. but the file take me to some random place.
To fix it what i need to do is scroll down \ up . and its go back to the place where i COPY.

I run the latest version of Office 365. 
Build 16.0.15128.20240
