To print invoices from an Invoice Tracking template in Excel, start by opening your Invoice Tracking Excel file and locating the specific sheet where the invoice is generated, often labeled "Invoice" or "Invoice Template." Ensure that all necessary details, such as the client’s information, item descriptions, quantities, and prices, are filled out in the invoice. Next, highlight the area of the invoice you want to print and set the print area by going to the "Page Layout" tab, clicking on "Print Area," and selecting "Set Print Area."
After setting the print area, go to the "File" tab and select "Print" or use the shortcut Ctrl + P. In the Print settings, make sure the correct printer is selected and check the preview to ensure the invoice fits well on the page. You may need to adjust the orientation (Portrait or Landscape) and scaling options to ensure the invoice fits properly on one page. Once you are satisfied with the layout in the preview, click "Print" to print the invoice.
