Interest Rate Calculation - with 2 payment streams

I need to solve for Annual Interest rate (compounded daily) with two payment streams.

56 Months @ $375.00 monthly payment

1 Final Payment @ $154.89.  The rate function won't work because of the unique final payment.  I tried the IRR function without success.  Any ideas on how I can calculate the Annual interest rate for this loan?
