Inserting pictures into headers and footer within Excel

I am unable to insert a picture, or logo, into an Excel Header or Footer. I have an example spreadsheet where someone else did it but I can not figure out how to do it. The Help feature in Excel was not beneficial. My choices across the top of my menu bar are not the same as what the Help feature shows.
