      Yes, but didn't work. The annotation is as if it were not from excel. In the formula tutorials, there is a similar annotation / comment. I disabled the option not to display the annotation, which displays a red triangle, but did not reflect that type. It is also not a VBA. It is a message that appears when you hover over the cell or click on it.

        It is the Input Message of Data Validation.

        Select the cell.

        Activate the Data tab of the ribbon,

        Click Data Validation in the Data Tools group.

        Activate the Input Message tab.

        You can remove the data validation rule if you wish by clicking Clear All.
