Importing data from PDF Form to Excel using Get Data
Hi,
I'm using an Adobe Acrobat Fillable Form to collect data from my organisation.
When I then use "get Data ... PDF" option to extract the data, it shows me the tables, but the tables ONLY show the text in the background and not the fillable form fields.
Does anyone know why this would be happening and what I need to change to get Excel to recognise the fillable form fields?

I really need to get the Form Data (shown in the Blue boxes) into Excel but it seems to ignore these fields and only import the text box data.
Any ideas if this is a "feature" or a setting I have wrong.
