Images as Data in a Pivot Table

Hello Experts,

I am trying to make a pivot table with columns that are images and columns that are data.

My images are different muscles, images of the nerves that innervate these muscles, and images of the referral pattern of their trigger points. 

Do I need an additional add-on or is Excel able to do this with proper instruction?
