IF function vs Macro

I am needing one workbook to feed into another workbook with constant information - I wrote the If formula Saturday then lost it - now I can't get it to work right - ex:   we have a workbook that is all stores with their new leases - I need that to feed into the lease review spreadsheet - the peer review will be ever changing so I need the formula to basically state if B6 - 109 (etc) then C6 =peerreview C6 - 

etc.... but it isn't

    Your description is far too vague for anybody (other than maybe a mind-reader) to give you an answer. Is it possible for you to attach a sample of the actual workbooks (so long as there's no confidential info in them)?
