I need help with paste special functions

Hi, I just had to format my PC and therefore reinstall Excel. However, after doing this, I now have a problem with the paste special function. When I use the paste special shortcut to open the paste special options, I get this window:

As you can see, the shortcut letters are not unique. For example, 'v' is used for 'Valores' (Values), 'Validación' (Validation) and 'Pegar Vínculos' (Paste Links). This is a problem, because when pressing the 'v' letter in my keyboard, for example, no selection is made. When I press it, I get this:

The 'Valores' (Values) option becomes surrounded by a dotted line, but not selected. So, I can't use most of the shortcuts, because of the repeated letters in the shortcuts. This did't happen to me before, because I used to get this when using the paste special function:

As you can see, the shortcut letters are unique and hence there was no issue at all. I have no idea why it changed.

I hope someone can help me, since I use this shortcuts a lot to save valuable time and now I can't.
