I'm been trying to use sumifs function but something is not working and I don't know what it is

I'm trying to use a sumifs function that would search for two criterias on a different sheet (one is text and within a column and the other is a date within a row) within a range huge range of data. I'd like for the function to sum within a cell when the two criteria are met. It sounds pretty easy, but there is a mistake I'm making that I cannot recognise.
