I have an Office 365 Pro Plus E3 license but can't access new functions in Excel
I have a desktop version of Office 365 Pro Plus E3 license. I want to be able to take advantage of the new functions that are available in Excel such as XLOOKUP, UNIQUE, etc. but they are not available in the version of Excel that I have. I have chatted with both Microsoft Live through Teams as well as my IT dept and I can't seem to get to the bottom of what I specifically need to ask for
so that I can take advantage of these new features. Any ideas are appreciated.

What is exactly on your File->Account page ?
Hi Sergei, Here is what it says:
IT told me I had E3 but when I log into my account I also see this information about my subscription:
I'd start with a quick repair and only try the longer online repair if needed.
