HTML entities: remove or convert

Hi, I have a product feed where the product description contains HTML entities such as <p><strong> and I need to replace them with ordinary human-readable characters or delete them altogether. Some texts have bullet characters and others are bold. I've found various VBA codes on the internet, but none of them work for me and most end up with an error (other VBA codes work).
I am sending an example in the attachment. Can you help me with that, please?
