How to revoke someone's access to a co-authored excel file?
I haven't been able to figure out how to revoke someone's access to a co-authored excel file. We have a co-authored spreadsheet in my company but want to be able to remove someone's access if they leave the company.
I found an article that was helpful but I don't have all of the options that the article shows. My coworker is clearly in the file, but it does not show that they have access.

You can delete the link that you used to share with that person but it also removes everyone that was added via the same link. It's not very efficient but it does remove the person.
Share > Click on the person you want to remove on the bottom, beside "Shared with:" > Click on the three dots beside the link > Click the "X" beside the link > Delete link
Like I mentioned, it's not very helpful if you want to remove a single person, it might actually be extra work but it's the only method that I've found so far.
Please let me know if you've found a more efficient way to remove an individual. - SergeiBaklanDiamond Contributor
That's more question to SharePoint community here.
My understanding if you give link someone the person could use this link till you remove the link from sharing (all other persons with this link also stop sharing), or on SharePoint site in Manage access, perhaps in Advanced option, find people with whom the link is shared and remove person from here.
In general it's better to create SharePoint Group with people whom access is granted and add/remove people through that group.
