How to restore original sheet size

I am using Microsoft 365 web based Excel. I am working on my Apple iMac with OS Catalina. As I was working on my sheet, I double tapped the left corner on my mouse and and the sheet keeps shrinking. How do I get it to return to a size I see and work on? Using Arial font size 11. It currently looks like a size 1 font.
