A drop-down box appeared on my Excel Spreadsheet
Inside the box is: "PRICE (high to low)" then there is an arrow down option that changes it to read "Price low to high).
I can find no way to remove this object from my spreadsheet.
I can not select this box to copy, paste or delete it. This box is not connected to any cell so deleting the columns or rows does nothing to this box. I can add rows above it and it just appears below the new rows. HELP

Could you create a copy of the workbook, remove everything except the dropdown box, then save the copy and attach it to a reply?

SolutionThanks. It is a so-called ActiveX combo box.
Make sure that you see the Developer tab of the ribbon. If not:
Activate the Developer tab of the ribbon.
In the Controls group, click to highlight Design Mode.
You can now select the combo box by clicking on it.
Press Delete to remove it.
Don't forget to turn off Design Mode again.

Outstanding; I was able to remove the Drop Down Box. After deleting the Drop Down Box, currently unable to remove the outline box in relation to Drop Down Box that was deleted without deleting the number text which I need. Please advise
