how to organize a colunm

Your request is too vague to allow a good response to be made. Does "organize a column" mean that you want a formula in the column that will calculate successive dates? Based on your mere two example dates, should each row be 25 months apart (if your example dates are mm/dd/yyyy), or two years and one day apart (if your example dates are dd/mm/yyyy), or something else?
