how to make formula for this choice

Hello Gents,     Good Day to you!

I need help to make formula for the below table to be:

if i find city view (column J ) came with DBL it equal column C.v  DBL from column G which is the view and if it came city view with TPL it equal C.V TPL from column G and i need to repeat it for every line.
