How to get the link to show the text in referenced cell

So I have an index that links to other sheets. But it will name the link '1'. I am not sure what i need to do, so that the hyperlink simply copies the text in a specific cell, which in this case will...

Yes, it is possible to auto update the name of hyper link. Please attach your simplified version , I will explain. Thanks, Tauqeer

    Hi, Please see the attached file, now all your hyperlinks are linked to the names and will automatically update in case these names are changed. Thanks Tauqeer
